WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU!

FISH FOOD PANTRY
The FISH Food Pantry has been in existence for many years and provides nutritious food for people in need in our community. It has helped many people make it through tough times and is made possible by donations. Open 8:30-10:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday (except holidays), photo I.D. required.

WESLEY THRIFT SHOP
Located at 315 West Market Street. The shop supports both buying and selling of new and gently used clothing and other items. Many men and women of FUMC, and the community, volunteer time each month to operate the Thrift Shop. Proceeds from the Thrift Shop go to support many mission opportunities. The Thrift Shop is open 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

If you have any questions about these ministries, please contact the church office at 765-362-4817 or info@cvfumc.org.

THE ENGINE OF OUR CHURCH
Don’t have a Sunday School class to go to? It’s never too late to join one! We have two adult classes that would love to have you be a part of them. Sunday school classes begin after the 9 a.m. worship service at approximately 10 a.m. and last until 11 a.m. Drop in at any time and learn more what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ.

THE PARLOR CLASS (Fireside) This class meets in the parlor which is located on the first floor between the Sanctuary and the Education Wing. It is a discussion-based class and often uses a DVD to help with the teaching. The Parlor Class provides a warm, inviting, environment to explore some of the major topics of the Christian faith. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, the Parlor Class has a place for you to learn in an environment of friendly fellowship. Come and join in the discussion or sit back and listen in. Either way, a warm fire awaits you. (When weather appropriate, of course.)

CORNERSTONE CLASS (Nova) Who were the disciples? What about the miracles in the Bible? These and other topics are explored in this discussion-based group each Sunday morning. Sometimes, a DVD is used to enhance the teaching experience, but most of the time the Bible is explored through a lecture and discussion format. A wide range of topics is covered each year. Bring your Bible to class because the teaching will likely be filled with specific passages to explore the topic of the day. You are welcome to come to this friendly group of seekers and experienced followers of Jesus every Sunday. This class meets upstairs in Room 212 (Cornerstone Room). Please note that all upstairs rooms can be accessed by elevator.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT LIFE Two small groups for adults meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday night (September through April). A men's study meets in Room 212 (Cornerstone Room) and a women's study meets in the Parlor.
